Community Standards

At the Ivey Springs Homeowners Association, we believe that by working together and adhering to community standards, we can create a community that we can all be proud of. Our goal is to maintain and improve the community, to ensure that it is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

One of our top priorities is the maintenance of sidewalks and neighborhood entrance security monitoring, which is essential for the safety of all residents. We also enforce community rules and regulations to ensure that the community is clean and well-maintained. The HOA is run by a board of directors, elected by the homeowners, who make decisions and set policies for the community.

We understand that community standards can be a sensitive subject, and we strive to be fair and reasonable in our enforcement. We encourage all residents to familiarize themselves with the community standards and to reach out to the board with any questions or concerns.

We also manage the community’s finances and budget to ensure that all expenses are taken care of. Membership in the Ivey Springs HOA is mandatory for all homeowners within the community, and homeowners are responsible for paying annual HOA fees to support the community’s expenses. The HOA may also hire professionals such as accountants and attorneys to assist with the day-to-day operations.

We believe that by working together and adhering to community standards, we can create a community that we can all be proud of. We are committed to making Ivey Springs a great place to live and raise a family.
